By the end of September (even earlier if at all possible) we will have recruited a total of five more people over the summer months. And we aren’t ashamed to say that we are feeling pretty pleased with ourselves! Our expansion during this recession has become one of Berkshire’s success stories – and proof that if you work hard at providing great value used vans, great service and great choice, a used van sales and Ford approved vehicle servicing business can be very successful.
So who are these five lucky souls? Well, two are our new Ford trained service technicians, already doing a fantastic job in our Ford approved repairs and servicing workshop. We’ve also found a great sales administrator, leaving two positions vacant; a sales executive and a service administrator. That brings us to the total of five.
We are all too aware of how tough it is out there at the moment, hence our delight at being able to support the local community by generating jobs that local people need so much in the current climate. We work incredibly hard, but it goes to show that we must be doing something right to be in the position we are now despite the economic conditions.
