Onsite Parking

Seb and the Transport Team have completed a site layout overhaul, significantly increasing available parking. The improvements are already evident compared to last month.

AutoTrader Deliveries

Thanks to Seb and “Mini-Simon” coordinating our delivery agents, vehicles now arrive within 48–72 hours—down from one to two weeks previously. Many thanks to the team for their continued dedication. This is a huge advantage to decrease our ‘time to turn’ numbers.

Vehicle Photography

The Marketing Team has been hard at work reducing our “no-photo” inventory. Special recognition goes to Amy and Sid for their exceptional efforts in ensuring all new stock is promptly photographed. Keep it up, you’re doing a fantastic job.

Marketing Spend Review

We’re closely examining our marketing channels to eliminate inefficiencies. Please ensure every lead source is recorded in Eskimo, as these data are essential to our ongoing success.

Finance Calculator Upgrade

You may have noticed our online finance calculator has transitioned from Ivendi to Codeweavers. This upgrade delivers a smoother, more user-friendly experience for both staff and customers.

Staffology Kudos (May)

Congratulations to Rod and Seb for receiving Kudos this month! Rod impressed a customer with exceptional service and valuable upsells, while “Fireman” Seb quelled a major issue in Valet at the start of May.

London to Brighton Ride

Only two weeks to go! Riders, we trust your training is on track—prepare for a long but rewarding day on 15th June.

Save the Date, Family Fun Day 2nd Aug!

Family Funday will be held on Saturday, 2 August, at Padworth Village Hall. Expect good food and fun activities for all the family.
