Understanding Your Purchase
Complimentary roadside assistance provided by AA. When buying a van from Anchor Vans, included in the Care Pack is an “Arrangement of 1-year complimentary roadside assistance provided by the AA.” The AA will send you an email with a sign-up link to activate the cover. If you do not receive this email, please contact your salesperson immediately as you are not able to use the benefit of your complimentary roadside assistance unless you have personally activated the product.
For Self-employed, Sole Traders, Partnerships, and Limited Companies:
We offer a 'No Quibble Money Back Promise on Arrival'. If you are not entirely happy with the vehicle upon delivery, please send it home with our driver and we will refund your deposit in full.
For Consumers – Distance Selling Regulations – Cancellation Rights:
Our delivery service includes a 14-day guarantee in line with Distance Selling Regulations. If you wish to return the vehicle within this period, please notify your salesperson. Note: A mileage charge applies for every mile over a 200-mile allowance, and other terms listed below apply.
Service Details:
- Contact Anchor Vans in writing within 14 days of delivery if you intend to return the vehicle.
- Remote Customer Care Pack costs are non-refundable.
- Vehicles must be returned in the same condition they were delivered.
- Mileage charges apply for excess miles over the allowed 200-mile test drive.
- The vehicle must be returned to Anchor Vans; we do not collect.
- The V5 registration document must be returned immediately when received from the DVLA.
- Vehicle excise duty refunds are handled directly by the DVLA upon the return of the V5.

Service Fee and Commission Details
We receive commission from finance providers, which does not affect the amount you pay under the finance agreement. Details on our current panel of lenders and the commission rates are available upon request.

Payments can be made via Bank Transfer to Anchor Vans [Lloyds Bank], Account: 00639528, Sort Code: 30-18-45. We suggest making payments through the banking faster payment system to avoid additional charges.

- Delivery within 250-mile radius with our money-back guarantee
Platinum Care Pack Includes:
- Full tank of fuel
- 36-month renewable guarantee with the potential to cover for the lifetime of ownership
