Care Pack Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing an Anchor Group Care Pack. Whether you have selected our Platinum, Premium, Remote, or standard Care Pack, these terms are designed to be clear and fair, ensuring you get the absolute best value and peace of mind from your purchase.

1. General Benefit Restrictions and Discount Caps

• Vehicle Specificity: Care Pack benefits are tied exclusively to the vehicle detailed on your original purchase invoice. Benefits cannot be transferred to friends, family members, or any other vehicles you may own.
• Annual Discount Cap: To ensure fair usage, the total combined monetary value of all discounts redeemed under your Care Pack cannot exceed £2,000 per 12-month period. This 12-month period begins on the date of vehicle delivery or collection.

2. Service Labour Discounts

• Your Care Pack entitles you to a 20% discount on vehicle servicing.
• This 20% discount applies strictly to labour charges only. Parts, fluids, and external third-party costs are excluded from the discount.
• The service discount is only redeemable at an official Anchor Group service centre.

3. Free MOT for Life & Free Annual Battery Health Check

We are proud to offer a Free MOT for life and an Annual Battery Health Check as part of our Care Packs. To keep our workshops running smoothly and ensure you get the best service, the following conditions apply:

• Anchor Group Centres Only: Both the Free MOT and the Free Battery Health Check must be carried out at an official Anchor Group MOT and service centre.
• Combined Appointment Requirement: Your Free Annual Battery Health Check is only valid when booked and undertaken alongside your Free MOT appointment.
• Battery Health Checks cannot be redeemed as a standalone appointment and will be completed on the same day as your MOT.

4. Delivery and Money-Back Guarantee

For Care Packs that include distance deliveries (100-mile, 200-mile, or 250-mile radii) with our money-back guarantee, the following terms apply:

• The money-back guarantee is designed for your total peace of mind. If the vehicle arrives and does not match the exact description provided at the point of sale, you must return the vehicle with our delivery driver immediately.
• Providing the vehicle is returned immediately with the driver and we will provide a full refund.

5. Guarantees

• Guarantee lengths vary by pack (e.g., 3-month/3,000-mile return to base, 15-month Autoguard remote, or 36-month renewable guarantee).
• "Return to base" guarantees require the vehicle to be brought back to our specific premises for repair.
• "Remote" guarantees (such as Autoguard) allow for repairs at approved network garages as per the specific warranty booklet provided at handover.
