Eligibility: vehicle must be under 15 years old and below 150,000 miles at the start of the plan, with annual mileage of 30,000+ miles.
Cambelt and Timing Chain Coverage
Cambelt-equipped vehicles
- Includes one cambelt replacement when it falls due under the manufacturer’s time or mileage guidelines during your plan term.
- Helps avoid one of the most expensive routine jobs for high-mileage vehicles.
- Carried out by our experienced technicians using appropriate parts.
Timing-chain vehicles
- Timing chains are designed to last the life of the engine and are not replaced as a routine service item.
- Your plan includes:
- Annual timing-chain condition and tensioner checks
- Noise/health inspection at each service
- If a timing-chain or tensioner fault develops, replacement work is not included but discounted repair pricing is available for plan customers.
Cambelt inclusion applies only where the vehicle is fitted with a cambelt and the replacement falls due during the active plan period.
